I have 1 eMachines EL1331 Desktop with me that i need to upgrade from Windows XP to Windows 7.
Unfortunately the DVD drive on the eMachine has stop working and the only option I have to do the upgrade is using USB drive.
Now.. to install Windows 7 from USB drive, I will need a USB drive with 4GB space (at least) and Windows 7 installation DVD.
For the installation guide, I will refer to http://www.intowindows.com/how-to-install-windows-7vista-from-usb-drive-detailed-100-working-guide/ as I believe this article has detailed every process I need to do.
So if you need to install Windows 7 from any USB drive,I think this guide will be very usefull.
