How to Upgrade Windows 7 RC to Windows 7 RTM (Final Release)

I personally have 1 notebook and a desktop pc currently running Windows 7 RC. Since this is the last day before Windows 7 RC will automatically shutdown every 2 hours and WORK WILL NOT BE SAVED!!. Ok.. that's scary.

I really need to upgrade both my machine to Windows 7 Final Release.
I'm not going to do a clean Windows 7 installation because Windows 7 RC is working so well and I already have my applications installed and configured perfectly.
