Fixing Faulting application svchost.exe, version 5.1.2600.2180, faulting module netapi32.dll, version 5.1.2600.2180, fault address 0x0000a3c0.

For the last few days 1 of my office mate PC frequently freeze whenever he start browsing the internet. A quick check in the Event Viewer, I've found 1 error message state

"Faulting application svchost.exe, version 5.1.2600.2180, faulting module netapi32.dll, version 5.1.2600.2180, fault address 0x0000a3c0".

Quickly ,I searched about this problem on the internet.
http://www.hijackthis-forum.de suggested to download and run Windows Worms Door Cleaner.
After close all port suggested and restart the computer, my office mate pc now running without a problem during browsing.
