Blackberry Storm 9530 Smartphone feature released

The first information on the Blackberry Storm 9530 Smartphone aka Thunder has been released, but to only selected and approved audience. A credit to Engadget for this information.

First, Blackberry Storm 9530 Smartphone will feature a 3.5 " 480 x 360 screen resolution. The largest screen in the Blackberry portfolio. It will have a full function of a mobile phone like voice dialing, smart dialing, speaker phone and enhanced background voice cancellation.

Looking at the network capability, Blackberry Storm will feature a EvDO Rev A, Quad-Band GSM/GPRS/EDGE;2100Mhz UMTS/HSPA. Verizon Wireless claim this device will give the best in class browsing experience where users can choose between desktop style content and layout or mobile version.

It will come with 1GB onboard memory with MicroSD slot with 8GB microSD support. Verizon Wireless said, they will include the 8GB MicroSD. On the multimedia side, Blackberry Storm equipped with 3.2 Megapixel camera with video recording capability, auto focus, auto flash and 2x zoom.

There's no information about the price yet.
