If you need to check DirectX version on Windows 10, just run DirectX Diagnosis Tool.
To do that on Windows 10...
Click on Windows Search Icon
Type dxdiag and press enter. (or click on the application shortcut suggested).
The DirectX Diagnostic Tool appear and you can see your DirectX version.
To do that on Windows 10...
Click on Windows Search Icon
Type dxdiag and press enter. (or click on the application shortcut suggested).
