1. From Windows 10 desktop, bring the mouse cursor to the wireless icon.
2. Right click and choose Open Network and Sharing Center
3. On the Network and Sharing Center screen, click on the Wi-Fi (ID), in my case it's Mywifi.
4. Then choose Wireless Properties from the Wi-Fi Status screen
5. Click on the Security tab
It will show
Security type:
Encryption type:
Network security key ( this is your Wi-Fi password)
6. Note that Network security key is represented by dots, now tick the Show characters box to reveal Wi-Fi password
