If you want to check DirectX version on WindowsXP , Vista or Windows 7, you must run DirectX Diagnostic Tool. To do that...
On Windows 2000 or Windows XP
Click Start -> Run. Type dxdiag and click OK.On Windows Vista or Windows 7
Click Start -> Type dxdiag in the search bar and press enter.
The DirectX Diagnostic Tool appear and you can see your DirectX version.

ReplyDeleteWeird I checked and said I have DX11 (15 minutes after I updated it), but when I am on Crysis (Sandbox2) it says my DirectX level is 9 and I think it can go up to 10. Is that normal? Because I really want to play it on DX10.
