How to disable or turn off Windows Vista user account control

After using Windows Vista for a while, I found that Windows Vista user account control message slow me down when I need to do some administrative task.

1. Open User Accounts
- Start -> Control Panel -> User Accounts and Family Safety -> User Accounts

2. At the bottom click Turn User Account Control On or Off

3. Deselect " Use Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer" check box

4. Click ok and click restart now

After Windows Vista restart, it didn't pop any user account control message.
